DESCRIPTION
   scddpack will remove all data file records which have been flagged as
   deleted (SC_NOTUSED). The data file will be compressed so that all
   active records will be contiguous after the pack. Files opened with the
   read only flag (SC_RDONLY) cannot be packed.
