 -New printer codes option allows use of actual printer codes

 -Allow complete suppression of Major and Minor Group Headers by
  entering NONE.

 -Now sports the standard SuperLib look and feel - old look and
  feel still available as OREPORTER().

 -Reporter now attempts to re-use deleted records when storing to disk.
  Deleted records are hidden from view

 -Made Eject After Printing default to True

 -Considerably faster
