Arguments.......id -  The Tag ID of the menu item

Returns.........ERR_NUL  -  No Error
                ERR_ARG  -  Argument Failure
                   TcxlErr contains:
                   W_NOMNUDEF  -  No Menu Defined
                   W_NOTFOUND  -  Tag ID Not Found

Notes...........Normally, this would be needed if you have changed the
                text, etc.  All menu items in the current menu structure
                are checked for the redisplay flag each time a user selects
                an item.
