   tp_watchoff() - delete input watch

   tp_watchoff([nWatch])

   nWatch      Watch handle.

   Deletes an input watch, allowing its handle to be reused.  nWatch is
   the handle returned by the tp_watch() call that set the watch.  If
   nWatch is 0 or omitted, deletes all watches.

   Example:

       tp_watchoff()
