 &D - response to DTR

 &D      Same as &D0.
 &D0     Modem ignores DTR.
 &D1     Modem goes to command mode but stays online if DTR drops.
 &D2     Hangs up, goes to command mode, and disables auto-answer if DTR
         drops.  Auto-answer may be reenabled by turning DTR back on
         after at least 1/4 second delay.
 &D3     Modem hangs up and resets itself (as if by "ATZ") if DTR drops.

 Default setting: &D0        Recommended setting: &D2
