 &S - DSR handling

 &S      Same as &S0.
 &S0     DSR remains on whenever modem is powered on.
 &S1     Returns ERROR (not implemented).

 Some modems implement &S1, but the Hayes 2400 does not.

 Default setting: &S0        Recommended setting: &S0

 Example:

     SendModem(nPort, "AT&S0" + chr(13))
