 D - dial phone

 Dxxxx   Dial phone number "xxxx".

 The phone number may contain digits, spaces (ignored), any of the
 characters "(", ")", and "-" (punctuation, also ignored), as well as
 these special command modifiers:

 T       Touch-tone dial.
 P       Pulse (rotary) dial.
 R       Reverse mode (act like answering modem).  Must be the last
         character of the dialing string.
 W       Wait for dial tone before continuing.
 @       Wait for quiet answer (one or more rings followed by five
         seconds of silence--most likely means that a human picked up
         the phone).
 ,       Pause (default two seconds, set by S-register S8).
 !       Hook flash (hang up briefly then pick up again).
 ;       Return to command state after connecting.
 S       Dial number stored in NOVRAM.
