  usage_stat();

  .  Description

  The usage_stat function returns an integer value representing the
  current status of the Usage Log. If the Usage Log is currently open,
  a non-zero (TRUE) value is returned, otherwise a value of zero
  (FALSE) is returned.

  An integer values as described above.
