movmem()                 Move a Block of Bytes

    movmem() copies a block of le'n' bytes from 'source' to 'destin'. If
    the source and destination blocks overlap, the copy direction is
    chosen so that overlapping bytes are copied correctly.

    Returns:    There is no return value.
