This set of functions allows access to services provided by the BIOS.  The
following functions are defined:

_bios_disk
    provide disk access functions

_bios_equiplist
    determine equipment list

_bios_keybrd
    provide low-level keyboard access

_bios_memsize
    determine amount of system board memory

_bios_printer
    provide access to printer services

_bios_serialcom
    provide access to serial services

_bios_timeofday
    get and set system clock
