        INT28Critical=<Boolean>

   Default: true
   Purpose: Specifies whether a critical section is needed to
            handle INT28h interrupts used by memory-resident
            software. Some network virtual devices do
            internal task switching on INT28h interrupts.
            These interrupts might hang some network
            software, indicating the need for an INT28h
            critical section. If you are not using such
            software, you might improve Windows' task
            switching by disabling this setting.
   To change: Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
