        NetWarn=<0-or-1>

  Default: 1
  Purpose: Specifies whether Windows should display a
           warning message if your system is configured to
           run a network and the network is not running or
           the wrong network is running. All Windows
           network-related options will be disabled if the
           network is disabled or incorrect. Setting this
           value to 0 will disable the warning message.
  To change: Choose the Network icon from the Control Panel
           window.
