 Finding Protection Faults
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The protected-mode hardware traps protection faults, so you do not have
to find them yourself. If a program attempts to perform an operation
that is illegal in protected mode, the hardware traps it and generates a
General Protection Fault (Interrupt 0Dh). Then, CA-Clipper/ExoSpace
issues the message "General Protection Fault" along with the program
address and other information. Protection faults are fatal; you will
not be able to continue program execution.
