   Usage
   #include <fg.h>
   void  far fg_make_line(fg_pline_t line, fg_coord_t x1, fg_coord_t  y1,
   fg_coord_t x2, fg_coord_t y2);

   Description
   Make a line from the individual coordinates. Saves typing FG_X2, FG_Y2
   etc.

   Example
   fg_line_t line;
   fg_make_line(line, 0, 0, 100, 100);
