   TSR_Package
   The  TSR_package allows almost any small or tiny model program  to  be
   made into a pop-up application. There are certain restrictions on  the
   use of library functions in a TSR program.

   For  more details on the design and usage of the TSR_package, See  the
   chapter  of  the same name earlier in this manual. A full  example  is
   included in that chapter.
