Usage

   #include <int.h>
   void int_setvector( unsigned vector,unsigned offset, unsigned segment);

Description

   Note-This function is not available under OS/2.

   int_setvector installs the address of a user routine supplied in offset
   and segment in the specified interrupt vector.
