 16 and 32 bit Windows linker

 Blinker creates 16 and 32 bit Windows compatible programs for those
 compilers which support Windows development and Microsoft compatible .OBJ
 files. These include all the major C/C++ compilers and assemblers, Microsoft
 Pascal and FORTRAN, and CA-Clipper 5.x (16 bit only, requiring Clip4Win or
 FiveWin).

 No modifications of the standard Windows module definition files are
 required.

 A new module definition file command
 RC [<resfilename>]
 allows Blinker to include a Windows resource file into the .EXE at link
 time, removing the need for the final pass of a resource compiler.

 BLINKER.EXE can be run as a Windows or a DOS program and automatically
 senses the environment in which it is being run.
