 Incremental linking

 For CA-Clipper Summer '87 and 5.x, Blinker offers phenomenal link speed when
 linking incrementally and is the only product to incrementally link
 CA-Clipper 5.x protected mode and Windows programs. By relinking only those
 parts of the application which have changed since the previous link, Blinker
 can provide sub-second link speeds on even the largest of programs.
