 BLISTCAVL()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Get the available static variables space.

 Syntax:
 nuValue = BLISTCAVL()

 Parameters:
 None.

 Returns:
 Available static variables space in Kb.

 Description:
 This function returns the number of Kb of memory currently available for
 static variables in a CA-Clipper 5.x DOS extended or Windows program.

 Example:
 // Get the available static variables space                                 
 //                                                                          
 ? "There are currently", BLILOCAVL()                                        
 ?? " Kb available for CA-Clipper static variables"                          

 Notes:
 Please refer to the section `Increased Eval stack in DOS extended
 and Windows programs' for more details on using this function.
