Information required when contacting technical support
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please make a concerted effort to find the answer in the manual, online
help or on our web site before you contact us.

Please also check that it does not happen with another linker, and make an
effort to reproduce the problem in a small test program. If it does not
occur in a small test program then at least isolate it to an easily
 reproducible form.

When we are contacted for technical support, we will require a minimum of
 the following information:

. Your Blinker serial number and version number.
. The type and version number of the operating system(s) under which
    the problem occurs.
. The name and version number of the language compiler you are using.
. The names and version numbers of any add on libraries you are using.
. Your link script file and MAP output file.
. What has changed since the program was working correctly.
. The exact text of any error numbers and / or error messages that
    were displayed.
. A brief description of the problem and whether it happens on
    multiple machines or operating systems.

If the error is a GPF, we will also require the text of the GPF dump and
the symbol causing the error, as described in `Reporting a GPF to technical
support' in the section `General Protection Fault (GPF) analysis' of the
 online help.
