 allocates a fixed sized table to contain the file name and full path for
 each open file and other file information. DOS open error 5 often indicates
 that there is no more room in this table to open another file.

 Reload the DOS SHARE command with a larger /F:nnnn value to increase the
 maximum space for file sharing information.
