cut ([append])

     Usage: Cuts the currently marked area to scrap.  Optionally
            appends the cut area to scrap.

Parameters: Append .int. is non-0 to append to scrap, 0 or
            omitted to replace scrap.

   Returns: 1 for success, 0 for failure (no marked block).
