inq_window_size ([lines], [columns], [shift])

     Usage: Get height, width, and horiz scroll amount for the
            current window.

Parameters: Lines and columns .ints. are filled with number of lines
            and columns in the current window. Shift .int. is the
            number of characters that the window is scrolled
            horizontally.

   Returns: Nothing
