insert (ctl_str, [parameters])

     Usage: Insert a formatted string at the cursor position.
            Characters beyond the max line length are ignored. The
            cursor is placed just after the inserted string. Overtype
            mode is ignored and registered macros are not called.

Parameters: Ctl_str .string. specifies the text and formatting
            of parameters.  Parameters .strings or ints. are used as
            specified by the control string.

   Returns: Nothing
