move_abs ([line], [column])

     Usage: Move to an absolute location.  Positions start at 1,1.
            If a parameter is 0 or omitted, that coordinate is
            unchanged.

Parameters: Line .int. and column .int. specify the new location.

   Returns: Non-0 for success (position moved), 0 for failure.
