DelHandler()
Remove an event handler from the event processing array
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
DelHandler( <nID> )   -->   NIL

Arguments
<nID> is the numeric ID of the event handler to be removed.
This should have been returned previously from AddHandler().

Returns
NIL.

Description
This function deletes an event handler from the central event
processing array. Note that this is called automatically from
the HandleEvent() function whenever a window is destroyed to
save you the trouble of deleting any event handlers associated
with that window. You will generally not need to call it
yourself.

Example
// somewhere . . .
nId := AddHandler( hWnd, { | nEvent |  MyHandler( nEvent ) } )

// later . . .
DelHandler( nId )
