Draw an ellipse
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
Ellipse( <hDC>, <nLeft>, <nTop>, <nRight>, <nBottom> )   -->  lSuccess

Arguments
<hDC> specifies the device context for a window.

<nLeft>, <nTop> specify the position of the top left-hand
corner of the ellipse in pixels.

<nRight>, <nBottom> specify the position of the bottom right-
hand corner of the ellipse in pixels.

Returns
If successful, logical TRUE (.T.) is returned, otherwise FALSE
(.F.) is returned.

Description
This function draws an ellipse whose centre is the same as the
centre of the bounding rectangle specified.  The current pen
is used to draw the ellipse, and the current brush is used to
fill its interior.

The figure drawn extends up to and including the top and left
bounds, but excluding the bottom and right values.

Example
Ellipse( hDC, 100, 100, 300, 200 )
