GetTempDrive()
Return the letter of a drive for temporary files
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
GetTempDrive()   -->   cDrive

Arguments
None.

Returns
A single letter character string.

Description
This function attempts to find a hard disk that can be used as
a temporary drive.  It is not clear whether it will choose the
right drive if there are several to choose from.

? "Windows thinks your temporary drive is ", GetTempDrive()
