GetVersion()
Return the version numbers of Windows and DOS

Syntax
GetVersion()   -->   nInfo

Arguments
None.

Returns
The version numbers are packed together and returned as a
number.

Description
This function can be used to find out which version of Windows
and/or DOS is in use.  (See the example.)

Example
nVer = GetVersion()
nWin = nVer % 65536
nDOS = int( nVer / 65536 )
nWinMajor = nWin % 256        // for Win 3.1:     3
nWinMinor = int( nWin / 256 ) // for Win 3.1:     10
nDOSMajor = int( nDOS / 256 ) // for DOS 5:  5
