IsWindowEnabled()
Determine whether keyboard and mouse input are enabled for a window
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
IsWindowEnabled( <hWnd> )   -->   lEnabled

Arguments
<hWnd> is the handle to the window.

Returns
A logical TRUE (.T.) is returned if the window is enabled.
Otherwise, FALSE (.F.) is returned.

Description
This function determines whether the specified window is
enabled.  Note that a child window only receives input if it
is enabled and visible.

Example
if  IsWindowEnabled( hWnd )
     // do something
endif
