LI()
Returns/writes HTML Line Item tag <LI>
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax:

  LI( <cText> )  --->  cString

Arguments:

  <cText> is a character string to display.

Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.

Description:

  Generates Line Item tags which are used with the Unordered List <UL> or
  the Ordered List <OL> tags.

  The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
  to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
  The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
  to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.

  <cText> displays to the right of a bullet symbol when used with the
   Unordered List tag <UL> and to the right of a number if the Ordered List
   tag is used.

Examples:

  Example 1 Using LI() with an Unordered List tag
    ULbeg( "Circle" )
      LI( "Item ONe" )
      LI( "Item Two" )
      LI( "Item Three" )
    ULend()

  Example 1 Using LI() with an Unordered List tag
    OLbeg( "1" )
      LI( "Item ONe" )
      LI( "Item Two" )
      LI( "Item Three" )
    OLend()
