ULend()
Returns/writes HTML Unordered List end tag </UL>

Syntax:

  ULend()  --->  cString

Arguments: None

Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.

Description:

  Generates Unordered List end tag to end the list definition.

  The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
  to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
  The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
  to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.

  Must be preceded by ULbeg() to start the list definition.

Examples:

  ULbeg( "Circle" )
    LI("Item ONe" )
    LI("Item Two" )
    LI("Item Three" )
  ULend()

Alternate:

  htmlWrite( '</UL>' )
