For table files, it is possible to pre-load the data by inserting it
directly using the Notes button found in the definition frame of the
table file. The data that the table file is to contain should be divided
in rows; each row corresponding to a record of the table. Within each row
the values of the different fields are to be separated with a comma. It is
also necessary to include a code to represent where the data begins
(#data) and one for where the data ends (#enddata).

   Proceed as follows:

. Select and press the Dictionary button from the main
       dBsee menu.

. Highlight the table file whose data is to be pre-loaded and
press the Space Bar to activate the definition frame.

. Press the Tab key to move to the buttons and press the
       Notes button.

. Use the Space Bar to edit the field.

. Enter the necessary data and press F10 twice to confirm
the insertions and the definition frame of the file.

Here is a small example that shows how it is possible to pre-load data:

Example:

In order to pre-load a table file, the file must have a structure with a
maximum of 3 fields (the others are ignored).
The first is a code, the second a description and the third a contextual
message. The separator between the elements must be a comma (",").
