dfInkey()
Extended Inkey
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfInkey( [<nSeconds>] ) --> nInkeyCode

Parameters:

     <nSeconds> Maximum number of seconds in which to wait for an answer.

Returns:

     <nInkeyCode> value between -39 and 386, or a scan code. The supported
     scan codes are listed in the following:

     |    506     | CTRL + F                      |
     |    528     | CTRL + BACKSLASH              |
     |    532     | CTRL + SPACE                  |
     |    547     | CTRL + SLASH                  |
     |    632     | ALT + SPACE                   |
     |    707     | SHIFT + DEL                   |
     |    722     | SHIFT + INS                   |
     |    786     | ALT + SHIFT + ?               |
     |    921     | ALT + SHIFT + TAB             |
     +--------------------------------------------+

Description:

     Provides a more power inkey than the standard Clipper inkey.

Example:

     ? INKEY(0)   // ALT-SPACE returns 32
     ? dfInkey(0) // ALT-SPACE returns 632
