It is possible to modify the settings relative to a N:1 relation using its
   definition frame.

To access the definition frame of the N:1 relation, proceed as follows:

. Access the Dictionary environment by pressing the
relative button from the dBsee main menu.

. Position the cursor in correspondence to the file containing
       the N:1 relation to modify.

. Press the Relations and then the Current file
       button.

. Using the arrow keys, highlight the desired relation (the
different types of relations along with their settings are shown on
the right side of the screen).

     . Press the Space Bar.

. A definition frame of the relation is opened in which the
       data can be modified.
The name of the selected file, with the relative settings, the name
of the lookup field, relational parent file, the index number, primary
positioning key, the lookup mode, and the key, filter and break
conditions for the window in which the lookup data is displayed when
searching, can be seen in this frame. The information can not be
edited directly. All the details relative to these options are
inserted in the environment called with the Link button. As stated
before, these parameters should not be modified in the Options
environment, unless in exceptional circumstances where automatic
creation or manual implementation cannot be performed. Though,
modifying these parameters must still be made with care.

. Enter or modify the settings as desired.

. Confirm the operations by using F10.
