A Frame character control is a special semi-graphic character that is
used to draw lines and boxes for highlighting parts of the report. For
example, to group data printed within a table or to separate columns whose
   values come from different fields.

During the Design of a report format, the frame character is inserted by
using the Alt-F1 keys and then selecting Frame characters from the
list of available controls, or pressing directly Alt-N. The
Ctrl-Enter key allows to access the properties.
