dfPIOn()
Activates a Progress Indicator

Syntax:

     dfPIOn( [<cTitle>], [<cString>], [<lButton>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cTitle>   Title of the Progress Indicator
     <cString>  Message to display
     <lButton>  Display the stop button. DEFAULT .T.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Displays a Progress Indicator, whose value will be updated by
     dfPIStep()

Example:

     dfPIOn( "Scanning Master File" )
     Customer->(dbGoTop())
     WHILE !(Customer->(Eof()))
        dfPIStep( RECNO(), RECCOUNT() )
        Customer->(dbSkip())
     ENDDO
     dfPIOff()
