Close the dbstart.ini file

     dfIniClose() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Close the dbstart.ini file

Example:

     dfIniOpen()         // Open the dbstart.ini file
     IF dfIsIni()        // if is open
        WHILE !dfFEof()     // While !eof()
           ? dfFRead()      // Read a line
           dfFSkip()        // Skip to the next
        END
        dfIniClose()     // Close the ini
