dfSetPal()
Sets the Palette
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfSetPal() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Sets the palette, based on current configuration

Example:

     dfSetPal() // Sets the palette
