dbMsgOff()
Removes a message from the screen
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dbMsgOff() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Removes a message that was displayed by dbMsgOn() from the screen

Example:

     dbMsgOn( "Message" )
     dbInk()
     dbMsgUpd( "New message" )
     dbink()
     dbMsgOff()
