dfChkFName()
Check if a file name is ISO 9600 standard
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfChkFName( <cFile> ) --> lValid

Parameters:

     <cFile>    File 2 check

Returns:

     <lValid>    If .T. the name it's OK

Description:

     Check if a file name is ISO 9600 standard

Example:

     ? dfChkFName( "MyApp.exe" ) // Return .T.
     ? dfChkFName( "+fApp.exe" ) // Return .F.
     ? dfChkFName( "MfApp"     ) // Return .T.
