dfFAppend()
Appends a line to a text file
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfFAppend( <cRec> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cRec>     string to be appended.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Appends a line to a file opened using dfFOpen() and currently
     selected. After <cRec> the line terminator character is written.

Example:

     dfFOpen( "Menu.log" )
     // ...
     IF NETERR()
        dfFAppend( "An error has occurred" )
        dfFClose()
     END
