dfFClose()
Closes a text file
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfFClose( [<nHandle>] )  --> nErr

Parameters:

     <nHandle>  Handle of previously selected file.

Returns:

     <nErr> Error code. If -1, an error has occurred.

Description:

     Closes an open file. If a file handle is not specified, the file which
     was last opened by dfFopen() or selected by dfFSelect().

Example:

     dfFOpen( "C:\CONFIG.SYS" )
