Each system file is associated, within the DBSTART.INI file, to a logical

Path for table file

Sets the path where the Table system file (dBTabd.dbf or other) is
   located.

Path for Help file

Sets the path where the help file (dBHlp.dbf) is located.

Path for application's Data Dictionary

Sets the path where the run-time data dictionary file (dBDD.dbf) is
   located.

Path for Password file

Sets the path where the password file (dBLogin.dbf) is located.

User Path

Indicates the paths (up to 99) where the database's files can be located.
