   The application uses the same interface for the palette configuration as
   the one available in dBsee.

   If the user makes any changes to the palette from within the application,
   the changes are not written to the configuration file. For modifying
   the palette permanetely, the color palette must be accessed in dBsee,
   instead, in the Service - Desktop - Palette environment.

   The modifications can also be forced manually, editing the DBSTART.INI
   file in the [color] section, or by defining a file called PALETTE.INI.
   All of the 16 Clipper colors are listed.

   Each color is split-up in its fundamental RGB (Red Green Blue) components.
   Varying each component in a range from 0 to 63, each color can be
   associated to one of the 262.144 combinations.

   .,               Select a different component

   Ctrl-.           Select a different color

   Esc                     Close the color palette chart


    Inside the DBSTART.INI file, the colorset is definied for the different
   objects and dialog boxes used in the application, like for instance the
   error messages, the help, etc.
