    Faxual II was unable to open a file because all file handles were
    already in use.  Increase the number of handles allocated by the
    FILES=xx command in CONFIG.SYS, or the F:xx parameter in the CLIPPER
    environment variable.  (It is not possible to tell from this error code
    which number you need to increase.)
