 IsDiskette()           Checks if a drive is a floppy disk

   Syntax:              IsDiskette( [ <cDrive> ] )  --> <lSuccess>


   Parameters:

   <cDrive>             The letter of the drive to check.
                        i.e.: "c". Lowercase and Uppercase is permitted.
                        By default, it uses "A".

   Returns:

   <lSuccess>           A logical value indicating if the specified
                        drive is a floppy drive.

   Sample:              MsgInfo( IsDiskette( "C" ) )
