 IsZoomed()             Checks if a window is maximized

   Syntax:              IsZoomed( <hWnd> )  --> <lMaximized>


   Parameters:

   <hWnd>               The handle of the window to check if it
                        is maximized.

   Returns:

   <lMaximized>          A logical value indicating if the window is
                        maximized.
