 nWRow()                Returns a certain row number of a window

   Syntax:              nWRow( <hWnd>, <hDC>, <nGraphRow> [,<hFont>] )
                                --> <nTextRow>
   Parameters:

   <hWnd>               The handle of the window

   <hDC>                The handle of its device context

   <nGraphRow>          A numeric value in pixels

   <hFont>              An optional handle of a font

   Returns:

   <nTextRow>           A numeric value specifying the text
                        row corresponding to that graphical row
