 OutportByte()          Sends a byte to a hardware port

   Syntax:              OutportByte( <nPort>, <nByte> ) --> nil

   Parameters:

   <nPort>              The hardware port number (one word: two bytes)
                        to read a byte from.

   <nByte>              A numeric value corresponding to the
                        read byte.

   Returns:             nil

   Comments:            Use these functions only to access
                        hardware ports. Communication ports must be
                        accessed using special API comm functions.
